Established in 2000 under the guidance of Artistic Director Amy Marshall and Executive Director Chad Levy, AMDC takes the art of dance to the next level. The comfort of the classics meets the brilliance of the future as Marshall’s work blends choreographic physicality with the art of human passion. The elements of Marshall’s composition bring the power of imagery and intense strength to the stage in over nineteen works, each piece possessing its own breathtaking individuality. Her blend of intricate spatial patterns, expansive lines, and athletic movement is a distinctive grace that cannot be challenged.
